  • Hey people. Some of you guys may know me from other boards. Been around for a long time, on and off, so I thought I might start a journal here. I'm 41, coming of back surgery in may, I got back in the gym in august I think and was 287 with 18" arms .. down from their high of 20.5 at about 280 so I lost muscle and gained fat pretty bad. I spent 2 months dropping 40lbs down to 247 and now sit in the low 250's with 19.5 or so inch arms (oh, I always measure cold so these ain't pumped measurments) ... Just using arms as an example. I got some new and some old vids up at WWW.YouTube.com/thedunhill225 so feel free to check them out. I'll keep my journal fairly up to date so if your interested check back and I'll be adding more vids more often, esp when I plan my first ever show (a masters of course...lol) so subscribe to my channel if you like.

    Peace all

So did chest and tris today.

Cg barbell bench. A cpl workouts ago I tried these to see how they felt, prob been 5+ years since I could do them but my cuffs have been feeling so much better that I figured I'd try them again, objective is to eventually do reg benches again.
Worked up from bar, 135, 225, 275,... Still waiting for it to feel heavy...315... Did a set of 6, 365 just did a double. Had more in me but its been so long since I used any wt on a flat BB ex I didn't wanna push it. Was a lill shocked it felt so good and easy.

  • Those FreeMotion machines look sweet. Give us the lowdown on where you train... the location, equipment, any PL or BB competitors train out of there?
