Need some help
  • Hi guys I'm a 28 year old from south africa, I've been at the gym now for about 7 months. I was a 105 kg 1.77m lazy guy until God gave me will power and changed my life, I went on a diet and 9 months later I was 80kg. I then joined the gym and went down to 77kg with like 14% body fat, I was sick of the diet and feeling weak all the time and looking sick and soft. So I started weight training 4 months ago I'm 84kg now with some abs, my arms grew 7 cm . The problems I have is staying on a diet , I have a sweet tooth. The other problem is my legs are stronger better looking but smaller, also my back is coming along slowly and my chest. I work out 5 days a week with 6 to 7 exercises, I do a warm up set and then 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 12 reps mostly. I can't afford supplements really so I use whey protein when I can and cla. I don't do cardio anymore I don't see the point if I wanna gain muscle and strength and the only fat I have left is a little below the belly button. Any advice please guys on what I can do to improve. Also I'm not sore anymore and that can't be good, I do change exercise a little not much. Thx God bless
