Losing body fat around the stomach
  • I'm 49 years old and do well lifting but I need to incorporate cardio into my workout routine so I can lose the fat all around my stomach.
    Are there any good suggestions for someone who has not done any cardio in 30 + years?

  • There are numerous approaches but I have to ask several questions.  What is current level of conditioning and physical stats? 

    When are you able to do cardio (time of day)? How many days per week can you manage?  What is you current training schedule?  

    Do you have any physical limitations or health issues? 

    How is your diet?
