I've used a lot of fat burners and gotten results from each one of them, some better than others. Hydroxycut is one of the highest rated on the market so I'm sure it's not crap. Maybe you're allergic to something in it or maybe you took them on an empty stomach, theres a number of reasons why a person would puke up some pills. But, plain and simply: I wouldnt keep using them if the results you got form them were bad. That should be common sense.
Just stick to cardio and healthy eating - nothing beats that combo :-D

ThaFrog: If everyone nit picked over "natural", or "chemically made" products to help make us bigger, leaner, and healthier.. we would be here forever. The only thing natural is not to take any supps, fat burning items, or things of that naure. We all would have to shop at Whole Foods, where all products are not treated with any sorts of chemicals, or so they say.

Directed at everyone: Take what you want to take.. and if you get results that you want.. the more power to you. Live your life the way you want to live it. Personally, I am tired of everyone saying.. "you should do this, you should take this.. do this, because I said to...!" Why on earth are there so many BILLIONS of people on this world then? So we all can experience life the way "WE" want to. If we had to live one certain way, because one person "a god like figure," told us to live our lives that, his/her, way.. I am sure there would only be 2 people on earth. The "god like figure," and the one idiot who follows/listens to the god's commands because they are affraid to live their life the way they want to..

Everything "I" say is my opinion as how to help others looking for info. I have never spent thoudands+ of $$'s on supps, worked out for years upon years.. and have never studied minerals, supps, or other pharmaceutical B.S.

If you are looking for advice, that is why we are all here, on this forum.. (I think). If you are looking for advice as to cutting, getting lean, getting bigger, etc. take what we all have to say with a grain of salt. If you want to, try it out for a while and see if you get results you are happy with. If you are happy, keep on doing it, if not, try another person's suggestion.

(If it seems like I am, b!tİh!ng, I am not... just expressing my self)

Personally, Frank I would refrain from cutting calories, meaning I would not do the recommend 200, 250, etc per day per week unless you arent too concerned about maintain your immediate size. There are my supplements on the market that help with fat loss, but majority of the time it turns out to be overall weight loss while still having the same fat content. Question for you: You are maintain your weight, while doing cardio 7 days a week? Lifting 5 also? Some where you have to set up an utimatum more or less. You need to sacrifice either a few days of cardio to maintain your mass, continue to eat your same amont and begin using a thermogenic if you want or sacrifice size for more rigorious cardio routines, smaller meal portions (lower caloric intake) and a thermogenic for added energy lost due to lower food intake. Another question I have for you is: what level of cardio activity do you do?intensity?length of time? Majority of the time, that is the deciding factor as to whether your body goes catabolic versus burning fat.

If you're looking for a decent fat burner....

try Nutrex Lipo 6. I've done one cycle of that and it seemed to work QUITE WELL. I've already got a decently high metabolism, but this seemed to really help.

2 pills 3x's a day.

Hope that helps. check em' out: www.nutrex.com

i feel bad for people in the U.S. we have the best burners in canada. Once you cant lose any more fat naturaly and are resorting to supps, try and find "RED DEVILS" they blow every other fat burner out of the water. i went from 8% down to 6% in 2.5 weeks, and didn't change anything except switch to Red Devils instead of Hydroxy. i must warn you however. Do not Take Red Devils with any carb blockers, you will get sick. i would focus on diet and cardio before supps though, cuz they are expencive and side effects are bad. unless you dont need to have good motor control, because i dont even like driving if i've taken a red devil, they are that powerful. cheers!

It doesn't matter as long as you eat clean. In this months Musclemag, it says DO NOT EXCERSISE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. I don't know about yall but I can't work out on an empty stomach. Anyways, try it both ways, see what results you get. If one works better than go with it but I'll almost guarantee that as long as you do cardio and eat right you'll lose weight.

I have found that Xenadrine has worked the best for me for fat burning. I have tried Hydrox. and others and none has worked for me as well as Xenadrine. I guess my body reacts to it better.

Getting Shredded

Diet is always key when trying to get shredded , however a good fat burner that firers you up can be the difference between a good cardio session / work out and dragging your a**. I suggest doing interval training to prevent burning too much muscle while doing cardio. I just tried this new product called Built neurothermogenic and it works awesome..no sketchy spaced out feeling like other fatburns . I felt focused and my workouts have been great on this product. if you looking for a fat buner i recommend built. good luck

Alert Fat Burners are a thing of the PAST

Everything that is good is taken away because the FDA isnt getting their cut. Ephedrine has been outlawed because in my opinion is that more and more people were getting on the ephedra train causing sales of over the counter sales of diet aids. They say its because people were dying LOL. They still sell alcohol and tabacco and last I looked they were killing more than anything else and they dont outlaw that because they get there fair share.

More people die everyday from asprin than ephedra. I stock piled 100 boxes of pure ephedrine 50mg pharmacutical....

Our governemnt is a well oiled money making machine.... for themselves

Cardio first thing in the morning with 20 grams of whey worked for me along with lipo 6. Hydroxycut made my bowl movements turn red so i stopped using it.
But you should take in some protein before working out or doing cardio, just no carbs.

I've been out of the supp loop for sometime now. Since I'm going to start a serious cut on Feb 1 was looking to get some input on the best fat burners avail on the market.

Perferably one that will work so well that i won't need to do 45min a day of cardio

Hi,

The never ending debate about when to do cardio or to eat before it, imo what worked for me is doing it when glycogen levels r low, either first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or right after a workout, it worked for me and I emphasize for me, u have to try both ends and see what works for u, we r al different, i don't think we will ever come to a compromise about wheter its cool to do cardio on an empty stomach or not, although imho i never had a problem doing it on an empty stomach, and lost a lot of weight, so that's just my preference.
