I'm surprised you aren't losing weight at the moment. I'm 184 and taking in 3600 kcal a day with about 250g of protein or so. Eat more to get more kcal. I eat lots of red meat (lean beef), whole wheat breads and pasta, sweet potatoes, fish, and healthy choice pizzas (20g protein, 54g carbs, 4 g fat) so just start adding healthy foods and get your protein intake up.

You really need to try and eat 6 times a day and consume no less than 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight daily. Up to 2 grams per pound is good for some. You should be getting between 2 and 3 grams of carbs per pound also. If you start to gain excess fat, you can back off on the carbs and do more fat. Make sure you eat 30 to 40 grams of protein with 30 to 60 grams of slowcarbs about an hour before you workout and get in 40 protein and 80 or more grams of carbs (this time fast carbs)as soon after the workout as possible. This is where a good post workout shake comes in handy. Also, try to keep your workouts down to an hour to help raise testosterone. Give a change in diet about 3 weeks before you decide to change it. See what happens.

If you want to know how to gain weight, simply eat more calories. This means that if you do not win everything, the problem 100% of the time is simply not eating enough. As simple as that. Amount of calories you need to eat per day for weight gain occur?

If any one want to gain weight than follow below steps and give me reply that it works properly or not. I am sure that it will work properly.

1) Protein is critical in adding extra weight but many folks do not get enough protein intake. This is where things go awry.
2) Eating is not sufficient. We all need to engage in some kinds of physical activities to convert our food intake to healthy mass
3) Most people think that thin people should not exercise, as they could get even thinner. But it is recommended that they exercise so that they feel hungrier and eat more.
4) Eating food, which contains more fat is good for people who are thin.
