Growing out! Growing Up!
I have been training two days a week on a mixture of light weights and high reps and heavy weights to increase my muscle strength.
I have finally a muscle mass I feel comfortable with, the problem is I am only 5” 6, are there any exercises I can do to increase my height. Thanks Didsy |
