Bio-Test T2 Information
I'd like to know if anyone has any experience (good or bad) with Bio-Test T2. Their ads claim you can get so ripped your "skin is like cellophane".
Any advice on this ? |

Need to burn fat
I have been lifting for a while now, and am and always have had a hard time getting cut. I always convince myself I am meant to be built like a powerlifter, but I really have a hard time not succeding in what I set my mind to. I am looking for any supplemental, workout, or eating advice anyone may offer. I am a former Army Ranger and I understand that what you eat has a big part to do with how you look, and I eat properly. Just bed genetics I guess. I am currently 6"1' @ 235lbs and 19% body fat. When I got out of the Army I was at 9%BF but with my job and family it is impossible to do allthe excercise that it required now. I have heard good things about this site, so any advice is welcomed. Thanks to all and continue to reach for what ever goal awaits you at the top of the mountain.

Your stats match mine, I find that a combination of cardio, diet, and a good multi-vit. will get you cut in no time. If you want a little help Animal Cuts should finish the job.

Animal Stack huh, I have never thought about trying that. Not to many people I know have used it... what does it do, give more energy, help burn fat? I am currently using EAS completely cut and completely gain. I really like the way these products are currently working so I dont want to cut them out of my stack completely, from what you know about Animal Stack, would this fit in nicely with these other products or should I drop them? I appreciate the advice...Best of luck and train HARD!

Hey question...how come all the
hydroxycut/nitro-tech/cell-tech groupies always have from 1-10 posts, and every post they ever have mentions the supplements? And...that they are always posted in the sticky threads. Sounds suspicious to me...hehe Matthew |

Maybe its because they are replying to a question from someone who wants to know what works. maybe its because they use those products and like them. Everybody recommends the products that they use.
Thats like me asking why dont people who dislike Muscletech (more info here) ever endorse them? I use to use purely Muscletech products and I liked them because they helped me ALOT. But since I'm not rich I just use the cheapest stuff I can find, but If I had the money I would still use their stuff. |

how come they lurk on the threads with 1-10 posts boasting about muscletech products, which happen to be the most commonly viewed threads?
Oh wait, thats you too. GG muscletech rep. Heh, but honestly, even if you arent, you know some of them are. Or are magazine delusionals. Matthew |

well, I guess you could look at it like this.... Muscletech would be the WWF of supplements. They have the best looking people endorsing them. some of the top athletes doing "guest spots" so to speak, and the flashiest advertisements. The more appealing you make your product, the more attention it will get. They are a very intelligent company if you think about it. I recommend some of their stuff to people cause its what I used and it worked. But I also understand that there are other companys out there that have products that are just as good. and the more experienced I get I the more appearent it becomes.
I used to use Cell-Tech , Nitro-Tech , Nitro bars , the Andro-stack(WORTHLESS!!!) and Hydroxycut . And my transformation was incredible. Now I use AST L-glutamine , GNC pro performance Whey (because it was buy one get 50% off second plus an additional 20% Off), EAS Simply whey , Myoplex MRP's , A creatine, Magnesium, Phosphurus blend my friend makes at his work( he's a bio-engineer), Alpha Lipoic Acid , Cuts II , Fierce Fuel, and some Multivitamins . I still get Nitro-Tech when I can get a real good price on it because its delicious. I guess to each thier own, I recommend trying different brands for yourself and let results speak for themselves. I do see where your coming from though, people dont understand that most of your results come from hard work and diet and supps are a stepping stone. And that some people endorse products without comparing them to other companys. Thanks, Steve |

![]() BTW, if you havent noticed this is the "SUPPLEMENTS" forum. So thats why most people talk about supplements unlike yourself. They also mention the names of supps. because saying "Can i take 2 pills of something in the morning and 2 in the evning..." would be very ineffective. (PS, a conspiracy theory is always interesting though)

It is a good product. Universal Makes lots of good stacks, I have also used Animal Stak and its results were good. But if what your using works, you cant hope for anything better.
Good Luck. |

Best product for fat burning..............Well hands down I recommend a pure ECA stack. It helped me lose 45 lbs in 7 months and ended up cut. 25mg Ephedrine, 200 Caffeine, and 200-300mg aspirin.

Cobra, the "TRIAD" is gonna have to teach me a little more about some products bro... I was never into all these type of supplements before. Does and ECA stack help increase your energy and metabolism levels? And how do you know which products truely give the best results and which ones are just frauds? Money is no problem, my wedding is in April, so I am gonna be on the beach soon after that I want to be looking like all I do is breath steel, and piss fire...

I think most work the same, if you read the labels you'll see the exact same ingredients in close to the same amounts. Ephedra, Caffeine, Aspirin, and Chitosan, are the essential ingredients. I personally also like Cutting Gel(get it here) . My gut dissapeared fast using it and, do I dare mention... Hydroxycut .

READ THE LABEL. I have noticed that many "fat burners" have nearly identical ingredients. As some have already mentioned, a lot of it has to do with advertising leading to higher prices. In my opinion Xenedrine and Hydroxycut are damn good. People constantly talk dieting, too. I have had good success cutting up by eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. Mentally, it is reassuring to be able to eat a lot since they have low caloric value and they are natural. Also, I like to make sure I get plenty of fiber in my diet so my body will process food more efficiently. Also, interval training some days rather than running or doing the same old thing you always do helps break the monotony and speed the progress. You have to change your lifting routine to continue muscle growth, cardio is no different in my mind. I know the topic was merely supplements, but I think this stuff is pretty relevant as well.

ok, goodridd sounds like a muscle tech guy...... i've never seen anyone use so much muscletech stuff in my life..... first it tastes nasty and whenever someone tells you to take 12 pills a day to lose fat kinda weird, dont u think? i've used em all, hydro, xena, md6, ripped fuel, and such... all the same.... MD6 was the better then the others, but just my opinion... i use Clenbutrx, and holy SHlT that stuff kicks my ass

I think its pretty obvious, the 1-10 posters are endorsing musclecrap, they likely have some affiliation. In case you havent noticed, every muscle mag out there is saturated with Muscletechs advertising propaganda to the point where the magazine might as well change its name to MUSCLETECH. Every damn article you read ends up saying the reason 'I got here' was all thanks to nitrotech, celltech, you name it. The sad thing is people get sucked into buying their garbage even though the cheaper brands work just as well if not BETTER. Im sure they've invaded this Forum (as well as many others) to push their crap.....no surprise, what else would you expect at this point?

I'm not necessarily a "Muscletech guy", read my post befor last. I used their stuff when I first got back into lifting and I liked it. I'd use it still if I could afford it. I dont know why people call it crap! It works and it works well. Its just expensive.
And I'm sorry If I dont have as many posts as some others, but we all have to start at 1. maybe someday I'll have 20 or 30 posts too, and then my posts will become more credible. You know I'm getting about as sick of reading posts calling muscletech products crap as others are of reading people "endorsing" them. If I lost 30 lbs. of fat in less than 3 months while making signifigant muscle gains using certain products (regardless of whose they are) why wouldnt I stick by them and tell people about them. Oh, by the way I dont read any muscle magazines, thats not what got me into their products. I didnt get suckered in by the GNC salesperson either. It was just a regular guy at work who is huge and told me what he uses and told me to give it a try. He's been bodybuilding for a long time and didnt start off with Muscletech (best prices here) products, and hes not a sheep who follows the in-crowd. So something with validity made him switch! |

fat burner
I've gotten away from ma huang and ephedra - mainly due to hypertension. CLA, creatine and the timely protein shake / bar
(lo carb) as well as water have slashed away at the midsection and bodyfat %. Increased my cardio and watch the calories!:dogrun: |

Ron, That is the way to go about it. People dont need to waste time and money on thermogenic aids when the old school way of slashing caloric intake and increasing caloric output works almost as well. Save the money and input the time. I tried a couple thermos in the past when cutting up, they make you sweat like a pig, not to mention the GI distress you get if your not drinking like a mofo. Im not saying their bad, though the health implications are their (like you said hypertension), its just that trimming bodyfat is easier when you dont have to put up with the sides of thermos.

I was plannin' on starting on thermogenic TODAY in fact. I was planning on Hydroxycut until I read that last response.
Anyone know of a good burner available in Canada that's effectiveness isn't thwarted by the country I buy it in?! Thanks! b. |

The best fat burner were Syntrax Adipokinetix, Lipokinetix, and Triax, until those goon squads from FDA pulled them out of the market, what a bunch of party poppers. There isn't anything out there right now, legal ones, that are even close.
After they pulled out the above, the next best one WAS Biotest MD6, I am talking about the original formula which contains NOREPHEDRINE, the new formula sucks and do NOT contain NOREPHEDRINE. But do get Biotest ORIGINAL formula thyroid booster because they are not making it anymore, the new formula, again, it sucks, get the old ones if you can get your hands on them. Right now, the best fat burner is VPX Liquid Clenbutrx, this thing is like legal speed. Again the ORIGINAL formula(the ones without the FOSKIHILI was so much more powerful, it was like ampethamine) and again, the new formula with the Foskihili isn't as powerful but still better than anything currently out there. The big question is, why do some company claim that their new formula is better than the old ones when it isn't really better? Why change a good thing? This stumps me, can anybody say "Cost Cutting?" |

I've developed quite a tolerance to caffeine and I tried a friend's Dymaburn Extreme once and I was flying off the treadmill! :dogrun: I liked that part of it, but it had no real appetite control. I've been lowcarbing for 4 mos. now and I'm slowly working myself into carb cycling. I chose the MD6 for the ALA and the Yohimbe, which I felt would help get my metab. back to normal fr. low carbing. Sorry this is such a long post, but what do you think about my exp. w/ MD6? Have you tried MD6 and felt the same way? BTW, I weigh 145 lbs. I know it's just water when it's above that. In the past week I've lost 4lbs and I don't know what it is b/c I'm eating 1600 cals as always and cardio is the same as well. Last edited by billyd; 03-18-2002 at 02:08 PM. |

Hi GatorGirlie,
Yes, that's normal, I didn't feel jittery when I took MD6 but you can boost that even more(the thermo effect) if you incoporate Biotest Thyro Booster and get the old formula and not the new one. Make sure you cycle your fat burners(that means off caffeine and coffee) for the duration that you take thermo, so if you take it for 8 weeks, ideally take 8 weeks off to be safe(that's what I do), and take vitamin b complex to shut down your adrenaline gland and take 3 to 5 grams of vitamin C spread out through out the day, take one before cardio and one after, to keep you adrenaline gland healthy. From you post, it seems that you lost 4 pounds while you were on it, if weight loss is your priority, then the MD6 is working for you. By the way, how much weight are you looking to lose? Anyways, it's crap that Adipokinetix was discontinued, Adipokinetix really sucked the fat out of my gut in three weeks. Also try to incorporate circuit training(if available in you area, combo of weight and cardio, I lost tons of fat just doing it once a week for 45 minutes) or body pump rules!!!! Hope this help. |

Guess it is working and I DO need it. I'm not really looking to lose any "weight." I'm pretty happy w/ where I am now, but am sort of at a plateau and wanted to shake things up. And this low carbing thing is really creating some major cravings and I wanted something to help me w/ that. And placebo or not..MD6 DOES help w/ the cravings. I still get them, but it's more "mental," not "physical" like it was before. Yesterday, a guy at the gym asked me if i was cutting or not b/c he said I've got some good solid muscle in my biceps and quads that he said cutting would really bring it out. UGH!!! I HAVE been dieting and WANT to lose that fat. I've got my workouts set, lifting heavy 4 days a week. I just need to be more strict w/ the diet. I'm thinking no cheat days for a month and I could lose about 2%bf, which would bring me down to my goal of 14-15% by my graduation day. We'll see... |
