The reason I'm posting this is because there is a great influx of new members in this Forum and I just read a post regarding The SEARCH FUNCTION . We are having many, many questions to be answered.....and that's what we're here for, to inform.

It is easy and fast to use this tool.

Please before asking a question use the SEARCH FUNCTION. All you have to do is click search at the top of the screen. Then type in say "Creatrine" or "Protein" in the cursor box where it says search words and hit "perform search". You can do a more specific search- you can search by forum, subject, dates, and members. You will probably find more answers here than you will ever get by posting a topic.

Well I won't be writing this over again, I'm just going to make this a sticky one as I did in other forums.

The SEARCH FUNCTION can be your best friend. There are a huge volumes of information in the archives. Not only does this put the info at your fingertips instantly, it keeps us from having to repeat things over and over and over again.

If you can't find an answer, THEN post....we'll be glad to help. But also be aware that we know BS when we hear it. If you come on saying that you looked for info on Whey <a href=http://www.fitsavers.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=16>protein</a> or how to use Glutamine and couldn't find anything in the archives, then you didn't look hard enough. It's there.

And for the vets and old-timers, please try to be as patient as you can with the new members. No one expects you to take any crap, but just remember that you were once ignorant too (Including myself), don't forget that you weren't born knowing all about gear..."

As for the stupid, useless posts and threads, I'm putting my foot down. I don't mind some goofing off, but let's back it down some....it's becoming extremely annoying and childish.....not very adult at all. Yes, there will be things I won't catch right away, but I will get to them regardless.
