hey everyone im new here and sort of new to supplements i am 20 years old and got 6 months before i go to the police academy so i am wanted to get into great shape for that. i was looking at a product online called Liqui-test by pharmapro and was wondering what you guys thought about it. i was wondering is there anything that i would need to take with it to counter any bad effects or anything? i mean i am taking whey protein and creatin and stuff but is there a opposite that i must take with this product. also if you believe that its not that great do you have any recommendations.
