Congrats on being a troll and probably having learned nothing in your endeavor. Yes the site sucks, coming and bitching about it to other people who know it as such does nothing. Misspelling curse words makes you appear even more moronic then if you used them properly which already makes you appear pretty dumb.

Little man? I'll just laugh at that one and knock it up to your stupidity. I haven't defended these boards, and don't really come here that often except to check all the pm's of people asking for workouts/training advice that I tend to get. I just find it amusing that you fail to spell curse words correctly and think you are insulting people by posting in that manner. Also the fact that you state the obvious of the boards not being that great is as I said, obvious and thus redundant. If you're looking for good info go to www.t-nation.com where I tend to be much more often. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is quite the joke too as it's a bunch of skinny little kids telling other skinny little kids to cut or giving god-awful steroid advice to each other.
